HOSPITAL & MINISTRY VISITATION EQUIPPING SEMINAR
HOSPITAL VISITATION MINISTRY Hospital Visitation Ministry comprises teams of Church members who have a passion to minister and evangelize the sick and their family members at the hospital and home.
Each team will visit the patients with the love of God and see them touched, saved and healed by the power of God.
THE AIM OF THE MINISTRY The aim of the Ministry is to fulfill the great commission according to Mark 16:15-18 “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. …And these sign will follow those who believe; In My name they shall cast out demons; ... they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.
1. To reach out and evangelize the sick and their family members. 2. To be a channel of divine healing to the sick at the hospital 3. To complement Altar Counselors in ministering healing in Church.
VISION VISITATION SYSTEM (VVS) is an internet-based user friendly reporting system provided by Heart4God Ministries. It is specially designed to support your Church hospital visitation ministry.

VISION VISITATION SYSTEM (VISION VS) is a simple yet excellent Home visitation reporting and Hospital visitation management system, It provides the Ministry Head/Pastors with an overview of the patient's progress.
Currently, the system is being used by about 100 members strong ministry serving FIVE government hospitals and some private ones.
The key features of VISION VS are: a) Individual ID and password for secured access b) Have different levels of access rights eg. Pastor vs team members. c) Allow Team leaders to update the patients’ progress after each day’s visitation. d) System keeps track of all patients’ information, allow data retrieval even when a patient is discharged or re-admitted.
TESTIMONY Thank God for this wonderful “Hospital Ministry System†website; a very user friendly system whereby we can key in patient’s particulars/ sicknesses / salvations / healing reports/ testimonies/ feedbacks. Those involved in the ministry can access to system to print out patient’s records, making it so easy and convenient for members to follow up on patient’s progress during each visitation.
